To Play Neo Mr. Do ! game in your Computer follow the instruction :

1. First free download NeoRAGEx5.0
2. Extract it and you will get 10 folder and file
3. Then free download Neo Mr. Do !
4. After download copy it to the ROM directory which you got from the first rar file,
5. Then click on NeoRAGEx5.0 exe
6. Then Setup Control as your comfortable,
7. Now Select Neo Mr. Do ! and Launch it,
8. Now Enjoy Neo Mr. Do ! in your Computer.

To Play Neo Mr. Do ! game in Android Just follow the instruction :

1. First download neo.emu
2. Then install neo.emu
3. Then download  Neo Mr. Do !
4. And also download neogeo.zip
5. Then open file manager
6. Then copy this neomrdo.zip and neogeo.zip in a folder 
7. Then open neo.emu
8. Then click load game
9. Then find the folder you kept two file
10. Click on neomrdo.zip and start playing.
11. Press ( select and start ) at the same time for cheat menu
12. Use A for ok and C for back,
13. You will get all the Cheat you need.
14. Now enjoy Neo Mr. Do ! in your Android.
